Christopher developed his talents as a writer and performer through degrees in theater arts (University of California, Santa Cruz), and speech communication (Northwestern University) followed by decades of professional experience as a dancer, actor, playwright, and solo performance artist. He performed with Charo in Las Vegas, Maria Benitez in Santa Fe, and Marie Osmond in Disneyworld's EPCOT Center. Since 1990, he has toured as a professional storyteller, integrating his varied talents in creating and performing Moving Stories.

His recent training and work as a psychotherapist has impacted his storytelling in the creation of in-formances targeted to build community and support character education.  Besides performances, he gives workshops and keynotes on creativity, literacy, and the healing power of stories. For educators, he offers in-services on "Storytelling Across the Curriculum."
